PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 15 THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY OPT OUT — SEE SECTION 15.

1. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver — Read First
IMPORTANT: Except for small claims court matters, any dispute between you and GO will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules — not in court. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out within 30 days of account creation by emailing legal@goappofficial.us. See Section 15 for full details.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or tapping "Agree & Continue," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use GO. We log your acceptance — including the version of Terms you agreed to — at account creation. We may update these Terms with 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
3. Eligibility — 18+ Only
You must be at least 18 years of age to use GO. By using GO you represent and warrant that: (a) you are 18 or older; (b) you have not been previously banned from GO; (c) you have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract; and (d) your use complies with all applicable laws. Providing a false age at signup does not create any liability for GO — responsibility for such misrepresentation rests entirely with you. Accounts found to belong to users under 18 will be permanently deleted without notice. If you discover a minor on GO, report them immediately through the in-app reporting feature.
4. Your Account
You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current registration information; (b) keep your credentials confidential and not share your account; (c) notify us immediately at support@goappofficial.us if you suspect unauthorized access. GO is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
5. License to Use GO
GO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: scrape or bulk-collect data; reverse engineer or decompile GO; sublicense, sell, or transfer access; or use GO for any commercial solicitation without written consent from GO.
6. Content You Post
You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant GO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and create derivative works from your User Content solely to operate, improve, and promote GO. You represent that: (a) you own or have rights to all content you post; (b) your content is accurate; (c) your content does not violate any law or third-party rights. GO does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of User Content. GO is a platform under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act — we are not the creator or publisher of User Content and bear no liability for it.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to: (a) misrepresent your age, identity, or affiliation or create a false profile; (b) post content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or illegal; (c) harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten any person on or off GO; (d) solicit money, financial information, or anything of value from other users; (e) use GO to recruit users to other platforms or for commercial solicitation; (f) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools; (g) attempt unauthorized access to GO's systems or other accounts; (h) post, share, or solicit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we report all CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A; (i) upload or share intimate images of any person without their explicit consent (see Section 8); (j) facilitate, advertise, or solicit sex trafficking or prostitution — doing so is a federal crime under FOSTA-SESTA and voids all protections under these Terms; or (k) engage in any conduct that harms GO, its users, or the GO community.
8. Non-Consensual Intimate Images (NCII) — TAKE IT DOWN Act
Uploading, sharing, or threatening to share intimate images of any person without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited and may be a federal or state crime. Under the TAKE IT DOWN Act (signed May 19, 2025): (a) GO maintains a notice-and-removal process for NCII, including AI-generated deepfakes; (b) valid NCII removal requests are acted upon within 48 hours; (c) GO makes reasonable efforts to remove duplicates and reposts. To submit a NCII takedown notice: use the in-app "Report Intimate Image" feature in Privacy Settings, or email safety@goappofficial.us with the subject line "NCII Takedown Notice." Accounts found uploading NCII will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement where required.
9. In-Person Meeting Safety Disclaimer
GO FACILITATES CONNECTIONS BETWEEN USERS BUT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IN-PERSON INTERACTIONS. WE REQUIRE GOVERNMENT-ID VERIFICATION AT SIGN-UP THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER, WHICH CONFIRMS THAT A DOCUMENT APPEARS GENUINE AND MATCHES A LIVE SELFIE. THAT IS ALL IT DOES. WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS, SEX OFFENDER REGISTRY SCREENINGS, OR ANY OTHER INVESTIGATION OF ANY USER'S CHARACTER, HISTORY, OR INTENTIONS. A VERIFIED BADGE MEANS AN ID WAS CHECKED — IT IS NOT A STATEMENT THAT A USER IS SAFE, HONEST, OR SUITABLE TO MEET. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. GO CANNOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR SAFETY. MEETING ANOTHER USER IN PERSON IS DONE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE: MEETING IN PUBLIC PLACES FIRST; TELLING A TRUSTED PERSON WHERE YOU ARE GOING; ARRANGING YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION; NEVER SHARING FINANCIAL OR HOME ADDRESS INFORMATION; AND TRUSTING YOUR INSTINCTS — IF SOMETHING FEELS WRONG, LEAVE.
Safety resources are available in Settings › Help & Support › Safety Resources, including the National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-7233) and RAINN (1-800-656-4673).
10. Content Moderation
GO reserves the right — but not the obligation — to review, remove, or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our Community Guidelines. GO may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate accounts for any violation without prior notice. We act on reports of CSAM, NCII, trafficking, and imminent safety threats with priority and as required by law. Content moderation decisions are not subject to appeal except where required by applicable law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ROMANTIC SUCCESS. GO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. GO MAKES NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH, CONNECTION, OR MEET ANYONE THROUGH THE SERVICE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR PERSONAL INJURY — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF GO, INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, OR IN-PERSON MEETINGS ARRANGED THROUGH GO, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. GO'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $50 USD OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some states do not allow limitations of liability for personal injury — these limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GO, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of GO; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights; or (e) any in-person interaction or event arranged through GO.
14. Intellectual Property & DMCA
All GO branding, logos, interface design, software, and proprietary technology are the exclusive property of TRADETECH LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from GO's proprietary materials without express written permission.
DMCA Copyright Agent: If you believe content on GO infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@goappofficial.us including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) location of the infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a good faith belief statement; and (e) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury. Repeat copyright infringers will have their accounts terminated. GO's DMCA agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.
15. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Arbitration: Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court or requests for emergency injunctive relief, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of GO shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You and GO waive the right to a court trial before a judge or jury.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AND GO EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If a court finds this waiver unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim shall be severed and heard in court while all remaining claims proceed in arbitration.
Mass Arbitration: If 25 or more claimants file substantially similar arbitration demands against GO, the AAA's mass arbitration supplemental rules will apply and cases may be batched for efficiency.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@goappofficial.us with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of first creating your account. Opting out does not affect your other rights under these Terms.
This arbitration clause survives termination of your account and these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
17. Termination
GO may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for: violation of these Terms; behavior threatening user safety; illegal conduct; or any reason at GO's sole discretion. Sections 6–16 survive termination. Upon termination, your license to use GO immediately ceases.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GO. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. GO's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without GO's prior written consent. Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
