These Terms cover this website (goappofficial.us) only — browsing the site and joining the founder waitlist. When the GO app launches, using the app itself is governed by a separate End User License Agreement and Terms of Service presented in-app at sign-up.

By accessing goappofficial.us, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. About this site

This website is operated by TRADETECH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, to share information about the upcoming GO app and to allow visitors to join a founder waitlist ahead of launch.

3. The waitlist

Joining the founder waitlist does not create an account, guarantee access, or obligate GO to launch by any particular date. It simply registers your interest so we can notify you when early access opens. You may ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time.

4. Intellectual property

The GO name, logo, and all branding, text, graphics, and design on this site are the property of TRADETECH LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

5. No warranties

This site and any information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Launch dates, features, and availability described here are forward-looking and may change.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRADETECH LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the site or our plans evolve. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
